NRMA Website Redesign

Bringing a new look to one of Australia’s most iconic brands.

 

Australians tend to think favourable of the NRMA brand – with a long standing history, reliable reputation and helpful customer service, it’s easy to understand why. However, their website did not reflect the quality of the brand nor ease-of-use that customers needed.

The NRMA website needed to be redesigned from the ground up with an overhaul of the customer experience and visual design.

Working closely with the client, external branding agency, and Experience Designer, I was responsible for developing an updated visual experience, incorporating a newly developed brand strategy, following semantics of a design system being developed by the client in-house, meeting accessibility requirements, and creating a responsive pattern library.
